Those who died of typhus were rarely documented. Typhus counted for probably 2million Jewish deaths within the camps- the figures most historians come to. I have to disagree. While Israel can be described as a vigilante state, what must be remembered is events like the 6 day war where the militaries of 4 sovereign nations attacked them on yon kapor and were subsequently defeated.

Well actually, despite the history of Israel being started as a "jewish" state, its far more secular than its neighbors. But, outside of the arab world (particularily Saudi Arabia), anti-semitism is somewhat marginalized, and you can see the effect of that in the shock and awe reaction that arises when such crimes occur.
