Dear girl with golden feet---

Man... I don't know who these lovely ladies are... but they seem to be born for ballet.

The arches are so high, they stand so tall, so perfectly developed for the craft of ballet... it's ridiculous.

Expect your fellow ballet scholars (especially those in competition with you) to hate you to death, having feet like that.

Please keep us all of us... posted. I hope to see you all... in class.

how to get this flexibility of feet?? I dance a lot but my feet are still unstrech, I think I've tried everything!

is there a way to increase the flexibility/mobility of your feet? I dance a lot but have horrible feet with very little flexibility in the ankles. I know it's not possible to get my feet to look like those in the video but are there any stretches that are really good for increasing foot flexibility/ enhancing one's arch??

gorgeous yes... but it isnt the BEST foot to have when dancing on pointe.. high arched feet tend to be weaker

true, & unless you have the plastic pointe shoes, you can lose so much money cus your arch is literally breaking the shoes. but your lines are pretty when you're feet are arched.

yes you can I use have flat arches and now I have arches like those and Im 13! it is possible to chanj! But the ballet school I go to practically brooke my foot trying to! and my mum stretched my feet everyday until I had floor pointe! plus Bolshoi works us really hard on that!

i'm 15 almost 16 and I want so badly to get up en pointe but my feet need to develop more can you please give me some tips? my mom gets annoyed with me cuz i ask her to stretch my feet and when i stick my feet under a couch my achilles tendon starts to hurt...i use a theraband to try to improve my arch but if there is anything you can help me out with please tell me!

You don't achieve it, it's the way your body it built. You either have nice arches, or you don't. You can't change it.

I dont know much about ballet other than my daughter is involved in it.......however, i DO know outstanding feet, and this lady certainly has a fine pair. Her pointe is magnificent. the degree of flexion is hard to believe, ranging from almost flat to that extreme arch....wow !
