  • You say we need to look out in nature and eat the most natural way possible but then you process your food into juice which is most unnatural one would think. I'm not trying to be rude I truly want to learn. Could someone explain to me the reason for the inconsistency?

  • HEY KEVIN !!! I know you wisely recommend working with a practiscioner with your diet and getting blood tests done to check your Levels and stuff . But , WTF?? i totally went to my MD and asked . this dude SUCKS . He Never heard of the RAW FOOD DIET ( :S ? ) and he totally suggested i cook my veges because '' cooking helps bring protein out in food '' ... How am i supposed to get professional support now Kev?... :( :( so Discouraging mannn !

  • @clearviewhigh get a juicer or a very powerful blender (blendtec, vitamix, etc.) Enjoy!!

  • That's weird cause basically all I consume right now are cashews, peanuts, almonds (more than a cup a day for all the nuts), brazil nuts, hemp milk, almond milk, green and black tea, bananas, and berries. Sometimes I drink organic green juice. This has been for the past 4 months and I used to have acne but I don't now.

  • It's not the cashews it's the fat. I tried cutting out sugar forever and it didn't help. I cut out fat for a week and the candida is gone.

  • Love your dedication. Thank you. Because you said salads are your favorite food . . . Here's maybe a first for u. I just discovered the wonder of adding corn to a salad — but first, run the corn on cob over a mandoline — it cuts each kernel into 4+ slices and makes the salad almost creamy, hopefully not as rich as avocado.

  • Toms natural WITHOUT fluoride is great...or just straight peroxide cleans fantastically...

  • This is similar to my routine...these are two of the many methods I use! (using food grade peroxide - 3%) :-)

  • Could it possibly be that some people need time to get used to digesting certain foods? Could also help explain why some who have been raw for a while report feeling sluggish when they return to cooked food. I remember once reading someone say that you should not switch sports drinks suddenly as it takes time to get uses to digesting different ones. So why not brown rice for some? It could also be a bit of both - physiology and what you are used to.

  • Hey Kevin, I absolutely hate flossing. I am so glad that I found the waterpik. I feel like it does a better job. Occasionally I will put baking soda in it or hydrogen peroxide to help whiten my teeth. If anyone else hates flossing like I do, give it a try. Also, my daughter loves it.
