In Swamis version of Kriya -- does he run the current from base of spine up to thousand petal and back down again or does he run it up to the kutasha and down again?
Hello all, I received Kriya Yoga from Swami Hariharananda about 30 years ago when He visited Edmonton, in Canada. I can only say that my life has been Blessed many many times since that experience, and have had experiences beyond belief. If you ever get the chance to learn Kriya Yoga , take it, and practice it everyday,, it will take you to the stars and beyond.
what a teacher. so down to earth even though hes preaching the word of God no airs about him whatsoever. I am just starting out on this Yoga. It is the way to go boys and girls forget the world of delusion, illusion and error in which you are so many are engrossed, and entwined. be in the world and not of the world. om tat sat
