  • Hi Markus, great to see the HIT flag flying. I noticed @ 1.22 the comment "1:08", is that time under load (TUL)? are you training to TUL rather than performance reps?

  • @chirotrel Yes..I use TUT as my measure for my workouts from time to time.

  • Markus i noticed some exercises u use a faster rep cadence, like presses, but others u use a very slow one, like this, which do you find works better?

  • MR, this is not absolute failure, it's only Positive Failure, fail on the negative and the static, then it's absolute failure. :-)

  • one reason this isn`t widely accepted is that it is too simple! No bull about "4x 8" or 10x10". just one perfect set to failure.
