That originated in the US and has influenced the sound of Rock music. bands like the Beatles, the Who and the Rolling Stones grew up on the blues music from the United States...i.e. the originators of R&B. And their influence is still present in artist like Duffy, Amy Winehouse, Joss Stone, and Adele.

So, it doesn't really matter where it comes from as long as its good music. You get my drift?

I don't know who to blame, the US for making them, or the other nations for being dumb enough to listen. but there is good coming out the US, too.
