Saying Chrona is bisexual means they would date(etc) a boy or a girl but has nothing to do with Chrona's gender. I think the term you want is somewhere around 'transgender' :-)
As for the video, Well I can't say I care much for the pitch changed version but the songs still pretty good and the clips are put together + match well so GJ there : D
