I am the first one to criticize Israel when appropriate. However the flotilla had Hamas and Islamic Jihad reps on board and there are videos of several"peace activists" beating the Israeli military with pipes and other weapons . I would hardly call them "peace loving". The fact that Israel killed 9 is regrettable but they brought it on themselves!

To actually say something about Israels attack on the flotilla and without making an analogy between it and the relative importance of a weak assed Pocahuntas remake. I am not suggesting that this is not a subject for humour, i would just have liked to see your characters actually grapple with the issue.

I am not trying to start a fight with you, i just think you could have gone deeper.

@SkepticalFist Well, thank you, my dear, for paying attention. My apologies if the point of the sketch was not as clear as we intended. We were not trying to comment on Israel or Avatar per se, but on the predilection in this country to stifle any negative comments about Israel, humorously juxtaposed with the recent refusal for any of the news outlets to badmouth Avatar, which was, by all accounts, nothing but a really, really expensive cartoon.

I am not sur how you would frame it, but i would like to see a piece about how the US government has now actually cut its mooring ropes from the people it is supposed to represent.

I watch aghast at how your govenment, with a couple of rare exceptions, no longer represents people but safe guards corporations. I realise this issue is muddied by ludicrous pantomime movements like the teabaggers and would like to see is tackled by one as wise as you. dear Lady Jade.

@SkepticalFist Oh, I agree. I'm still flabbergasted how our republican party can accuse President Obama of being a fascist, while they bow and scrape to the corporations. I'd just like to give them all a dictionary and have them write out the definition of fascism a thousand times until they get the message.
