The video is indeed from the production visualisation, but it was the only decent clip we had which shows what the sign looked like. Apart from the countdown actually working on the real one, this is exactly what was shown on the Coca-Cola sign!

while i Love the idea of CC promoting this.. seems more likely this is not a real capture but instead an Overlay. 9/10 for props. 1/10 in bad thinking. Keep trying ..For Earth Sake!
