I was a Christian for twenty years and my parents sent me to Christian schools since kindergarten. Becoming more familiar with my Bible resulted in my apostasy. There is no way to believe that an all-loving god could possibly commit all the atrocities in the Bible....it is simply an ancient book from the bronze age. Science has also consistently contradicted the Bible as time progresses.

Just imagine yourself tho. Hauling your sin in actual weights. How many pounds would you be carrying around with you? 25? 30? 45? 60? 100? 150? more?? Jesus can and does lift up that with no problem. and He bears them easily. He could walk with 1 ton on His shoulders and never pull a sweat. That 1 Ton represents sin. Something we cant ever remove from ourselves, but it stays on us continuously , and Jesus is the Only One, that can remove them from you and He carries them, leaving you free, IF you accept and put all your trust in God's Only Son, Jesus Christ.
Here's a question. Lets say. That you are in a weight room. And you see a big sign over a certain area, and it asks this "Can you bear the sins of the world?" And below that sign is 2,000 lbs , that is 1 Ton, underneath the sign, with an area, that a human can get in and attempt to lift. And no human can lift that much, even the world's strongest men can even lift 1 ton of dead weight. Well...guess what?>

But, He will not flood the world again. Because He said so and made covenant with man, that is the rainbow that we see. If you choose to defy God and shake your fist at Him, you are making a grave mistake, You WILL be held accountable for all actions you say and do. And He will Judge you. I believe this boy with all my heart:) i know there is a heaven..because our world was created by our powerful heavenly Father. Therefore there is eternal life, in heaven or hell. You might be right. Zeus was beleived to have made the world and all there is. Don't know if the Egyptians god made it all or the Greeks. I am not sure which one to believe. We do know the Hebrews stole much of the Egyptian religion almost word for word and Paul stole much of Plato and Grecian philosophy.

I was a Christian for twenty years and my parents sent me to Christian schools since kindergarten. Becoming more familiar with my Bible resulted in my apostasy. I do agree some people do believe that because these are hard times, but not this family. Read their book "Heaven Is For real" and then compare it with the verses describing heaven in the bible. I thought what you thought until I read their book and learned more about the bible. This child's heartbreaking story is what had me give my life to God. I hope you do the same! :)

I believe this boy with all my heart:) i know there is a heaven..because our world was created by our powerful heavenly Father. Therefore there is eternal life, in heaven or hell. This was very eye opening because if you choose not to except Christ, the man who died for you on the cross, you may never get into heaven...we really need to observe the way we live, because at any second or any minute... we never know when our time will end on this planet...you always have to be ready!:)

You might be right. Zeus was beleived to have made the world and all there is. Don't know if the Egyptians god made it all or the Greeks. I am not sure which one to believe. We do know the Hebrews stole much of the Egyptian religion almost word for word and Paul stole much of Plato and Grecian philosophy.

... What do we need to fly for in heaven? Where exactly are we flying to? Anyway yh, it's most likely a vivid DMT trip, happening whilst in REM sleep, hence the colours. And since it's a seeming dream state, it's not surprising that he described it in the same way as cartoons and popular culture, because it's made up. And as for the accurate accounts of people he didn't know, I'd be more inclined to owe that to a yet to be discovered connection between people rather than 'he went to heaven'.
