i found this video by chnce,cos this is the kind of yoga I'm practisin(a month more or less)and I can feel the efects on my body since the beginning, the thing is that when I saw this woman I thouhgt , my God, I'll never be able to do that, though I'm quite slender but I'm 36, so i won't be able to do all this poses as she daoes, but she is gorgeous, the way she comes to the postures...amazing and absolutly awesome.
