  • How much fuel does this thing eat per flying hour?

  • Wowllll!! Wanderfull!!

  • i see no reason why highways could not add a dedicated aircraft lane in certain areas. That would mean airplanes could finally land in usefull areas and not airports miles from home. Small aircraft landing facilities have still not be intergrated into urban areas well enough. I think cars dominate too much space.

  • @210482fmj an off ramp for flying cars perhaps but not for planes with a wing span like that... think a little

  • @DanFrederiksen MAke them wider then. everything on this planet is too puny currently. Think big

  • @210482fmj too puny? that's the sick mentality that caused idiotic vehicles like escallades and hummers.

I think big by thinking small. lean is smart. hummer is knuckle dragger moronic

  • @DanFrederiksen I was meaning the size of the roads not vehicles. ITs always noticable how roads are so narrow.

  • @210482fmj I hadn't noticed that. sure it would be nicer to have more space but it's not free to do that.

and it would never be enough to allow a glider aircraft like this nor is a glider able to drive like cars. they should never be on the same roads, of course. a flying car with the footprint of a car could however. a very light lifting body could work I believe. an actual flying car that can do both well.

  • @DanFrederiksen you gotta admit airports are proof that large airplanes and ground vehicles can intergrate together with proper control procedures.

  • @210482fmj the general public has difficulty intergrating with proper control procedures. Through careless behaviour to lack of respect for fellow humans. Especially a certain country that shall remain nameless.

  • Anyone know the name of the smooth jazz song in the beginning?

  • legal

  • What happens if the engines go out ?.... 8)

  • @TalksWithDirt you glide. its a glider that engines were stuck on. gliders are normally unpowered flight

  • where to get a contact of the builder/inventor for the plans?

  • @9AZEX /esprit_aero_dovron_motorglider/index.html <- Put that in after their website URL

If you find out where to get one, as a kit or semi constructed; Send me a message.

  • but the question is.... Will it blend?

  • now we're talkin.. quiet flight... question, can ya start the motor in flight? Next we need a super light weight battery and electric motors with wings that the top surface is solar panels.. then you'd have somethin. Fly on the eddies while ya charge up the batry then if ya need it ya go the motors..... I'd put slick canopies around them to cut wind drag, or put them right in the wing.

  • @youarecretorcreating that is a awesome idea! you might just be able to make that now with the new tec!

  • Beautiful design.

  • 這陰莖蒼蠅繁榮和勤奮

  • If the prop a little further back from the trailing edge, it would be much quieter!

    BC

  • what cc are the motors?

  • What a machine.

  • a jewell!

  • this thing could land on one wing someday

  • It would stink if a prop came off and chopped the tail boom off.

  • RC engines?

  • Very nice little machine. Are these ultralights only for ultra light people? I weigh a solid 250lbs, is there any hope for me or do I have to drop 80lbs?

  • @jetfueller most ultralights will max out at about 280lb total load, idk about this plane, but other ultralights will handle you, just as long as you pack ultra light.

  • why did he land with the engines running???

  • Okay, the pull-back shot is good once but quickly becomes a cliche.

  • maravilloso

si alguien de tu club sabe español contacateme necesito uno de esos

  • WTF folding props? I thought that was only for r/c...

  • Anyone know the range, with engines alone?

  • I wonder what is the L/D of that glider

  • Is that at oshkosh?

  • Yes

  • Good little design, looks cheap and practical!

  • What a beautiful little glider.

  • why did u use such giant motors?

I know a place where you can by engines probably the same weight with 220cc - 2 stroke

  • Brilliant!!

  • perdy

  • How much did it cost to build that?

  • it IS very pretty.

  • That motor glider looks great i love it, whats its G rating??
