@Willknockingdoors At the time of this video i was using Super Slinkys, but i didn't know about strings too well i would go with regular slinkys now or even thicker gauge but absolutly slinkys haha if theirs anything else you need please go ahead and message me :)

I have now watched this cover 10 ten times it's just so good. I hate changing between the drop d to standard, if it was regular drop d that would be fine.

@thehecticgamer Thanks! i think you mean Drop C though? and this song isn't in a drop tuning its just tuned down to D G C F A D which is one whole step below Standard tuning. but i understand you, its such a hassle to tune down sometimes, i usually just play my metal songs in standard or drop d tuning just to make life easier :) thanks again! :D

jesus. i love the way this sounds. i have a spider line 6 amp and i dont even wanna mess with it for hours to get this :b is there a way i can mimic your boss metal zone pedal on my amp? they're pretty hi-tech i assume they can.

@kidmonkey101 maybe if you put the knob to Insane/Green or metal/green... i think you'd be able to control your tone more via Metal/green light. But as to get the exact same sound.. that'll be hard, being that not only does the pedal allow me to control level and distortion, it also gives me EQ and frequency knobs plus the setting on my amp... i'm going to send you a message explaining how it might be possible or you to get it... check your inbox

@xXZiM3o3Xx okay umm as for the sound, i didn't do much really. For my guitar, i just recorded the sound with a camera, if what you mean is tone, i have a Boss metal zone pedal which is darn good, if you want more i can tell you my amp settings too. and then on this specific vid i put the Demons- Darkest hour track on top of the vid via video editor (Coral or windows movie maker should work nice.) if you need any more help, i'd be happy to help! message me! :D, and thank you! :)

@WXxXE3XxXW ok so your ring finger is on the octive and the ponter finger is going to be on the lower note. while your pointer finger is one the lower note it will also be touching the string between the octives causing a mute. if you need more help i'll try and make a video on octive chords
