Bank traders without their market making, front running bullshit , they got nothing, nothing whatsoever. exactly the same as what the CDO Goldman sux crowd were doing, " market making" to their sucker clients.

@mbdharma Everyone uses leverage, you'd be a fool not to, but it has to be done right like all things. For a start a bank setup is all wrong for outright trading, how can you be an outright trader when you are also agent. You are destined to be addicted to market making, also banks force you to trade every f'g day, NO ONE can win every day, that's just ballocks.

@mbdharma I am experienced and I will return to the game and set up my own hedge. You are a newbie and you must learn that the game is fixed both as a market and the kind of people who the so call banks accept as " traders".

1st lesson, find you own trading style, then understand RISK control before you even think about winning. Then read the Market Wizards series and Jesse Livermore. You will note that there is hardly ANY bank trader in the MW and very few in hedge/trader rating lists.

@mbdharma The only time ever lost money was when I teamed up with other people. On my own account I never lost, over a couple of years i was up 5/6x ROCE. the object of the game is to LIMIT losses, too many losses are bad in many ways ! you have been listening to too many conmen. Currently not trading, I have proven myself on small sums, when I return it will be 100% in my terms and with decent money. I do technicals mostly and pay attention to corporate announcements and economic news.
