  • Their concert last night was fantastic. I nearly cried when they played this, it was absolutely gorgeous.

  • @Pilobolus89 Wait, the one in St. Louis? That one was spectacular!

  • @Ohbit3 No, the Kansas City show, at Sprint Center. I imagine all of their shows are spectacular :)

  • Thumbs up if you are here only because Matt Smith had this song as his number one song to listen to in New York.

  • Whenever I listen to this, I imagine the credits to a movie.

  • Why is this track so underrated, easily the best of TKOL

  • The concert in Downsview Park on June 16th should be amazing. I'm so happy I'm finally able to see these guys after so many years of listening to them.

  • @BloggerMusicMan

Me too man. I'll be there.

  • I can't remember life before this song.

  • @rmxjoint thats really not good, buddy.

  • @FratDadySigEpThetaPi Drink the cool aid

no don't drink the cool aid.

    .... or do I?

  • They've still got it.

  • "If you think this is over, then you're wrong."

I want this played at my funeral.

  • My favorite on the album. Garnered so many plays on my Itunes.

  • i would use this if my kid ask me about dying...

  • @BurningBurney94 there are plenty of tickets available on Craigslist

  • the situation i'm in sucks. Radiohead's coming to Austin in March. their playing at the Frank Erwin Center and their doing a taping of Austin City Limits, and I couldn't get any tickets to either. fuck my life. fuck it big time.

  • I used to sympathise with those who dislike this album. No longer.

  • @Planettelex99

I loved King of Limbs from the word go.

But even then, I found that it's a grower.

It is my favourite Radioheadian album, I'm afraid.

  • @terratrema exactly. I actually couldn't choose a favourite Radiohead album. It's like choosing a favourite family member.

  • @Planettelex99

My favourite family member is my mother.

My favourite Radiohead album is King of Limbs.

My favourite sexual position is the Crusher.

  • you can tell, so much of this style is pinned on the vocal style...not just anyone can sing to this style and make it sound right...Thom's got it and i'm a little jealous

  • If You guys go to your control panel there will usually be an audio manager and if you put it concert mode it sounds amazing!

  • my neighbor is going to all of radiohead's tour locations throughout texas in the coming month. what a badass

  • Long and VIVID dream.

  • first time listening to the song in full, this song toward the middle to end seems to drift and has a roll of sound. the song just reminds you of a summer spring like night life. echo is great.

  • when the rift starts...perfection.

  • @tzjc24 wow im embarassed to say my number

  • @tambam89 thats close to what i think. def about death

  • It's like I'm falling out of bed from a long vivid dream.

  • I thought the drums were naff when i listened to this first but it loops so well over time. The drums just get better - repeating the song again and again and again.

  • "I'm a fish now... out of water." Absolutely love it.

  • "if you think this is over then your wrong" could this be some sort of sign that there will be some sort of second cd in the near future?

  • @burningburney94

I think it has a more abstract meaning

  • @burningburney94 no you idiot you really think radioheads lyrics are that straight forward....

  • @Curbulpl0x no, you're the idiot. i was trying to make a fucking joke.

  • this brought tears to my eyes...so beautiful and dreamy...

  • It's like falling in love with them every single day, every single moment... I can't help wondering how they can make me feel so happy and hopeful with their songs..

  • orgasms in 3...2....1..

by the way thanks @Illadelphism :) i've been studying english since i was... 5? i think, if my memory doesn't fuck with me :) im supposed to be in some kind of advanced level, but in Chile this subject is like 1° year, Hello 2° year Hello my name is rick 3° hello my name is rick and i am from Chile, it suuucks.

  • this will sound weird but Radiohead is like sex man, i mean a lot of the songs are like so fucking perfect, its like making love to music (sorry 4 my english) :)

  • @rickchile Your English is perfect; much like this song, and Radiohead.

  • to me, this song is about finally letting go of the limitations that your physical body burdens you with at the moment you die and suddenly this feeling of bliss and oneness with the universe takes over your soul and you just give in to the natural flow of things. life is the long, weary dream and when you fall out of bed, you're really just falling out of your physical body.

  • What I love about this track is that it has everyone whos commenting is feeling the same way mainly when those guitars come in at the end. Beautiful! TKOL will get the respect it deserves this album is simply a masterpiece.

  • at 2:30, when the guitars came in, I think a bunch of elves jumped out of my headphones and sprinkled fairy dust in my ears.

  • i seriously cannot explain the feeling I have when i listen to this

  • @aggerskrtel liverpool/radiohead fan spoted

  • Love at first listen!!! Awesome...

  • I'm currently experiencing that euphoria of stumbling across an unexpected gem.

  • god damn it I need this CD.

  • @burningburney94 I know the feeling!

  • They have done it again..

  • i think this is the only song i can listen to 24/7 without ever getting bored or going insane.

  • I feel sorry for my friends who cannot comprehend TKOL. Absolutely amazing. If they would have added in The Butcher and Supercollider, well then it would have been fuckin' brilliant.

  • When the guitar part comes in around 2:30, I just want to burst. This song is so goddamn beautiful. Along with Lotus Flower. I'm ashamed for not being familiar with this 'new' album sooner. I was still having my love affair with In Rainbows and older albums to even realize.

  • Mixolydian mode is my jam. So beautiful. And the guitar part at the end is so strangely optimistic. With the lyrics, its the best way to end a song. The dream and the nature motifs and the idea of a burden seems like its about coming to terms with and leaving behind popularity. Explains the last line, too.

  • listened to this song at approxomitly 2pm on new years day, after staying up all night/day on acid, was just starting to mellow - this song seemed unbelievably perfect - we were all sat around in silence looking at each other just in awe - possibly the best experience ive had with a song

  • @aggerskrtel Everytime I've listened to this song on mushrooms its been absolutely indescribably beautiful.

  • holy shit. this is like the 4th time i've listened to this song. I fucking love it now!!

  • the drums are brilliant

  • yours.

  • Goosebumps... don't know why. Enthralling... makes me feel good. When I close my eyes, strangely, I see my soul, dancing in the dim light... Mmmh, good.

  • @TheSchlop EXACTLY. this song is ethereal, spiritual, euphoric, and epiphanous...

  • My favorite song on The King of Limbs.

  • @alternateGRAMMAR Yeah me too. Love the whole album but this song moves me.

  • there's a note in this song that reminds me why im alive. Y'all know what im talking bout.

  • @jonnylikesmushrooms Love those melodic guitar tones that kick in at the 2:35 mark

  • sborro

  • I am listening to this song just as the clock strikes midnight and the new year begins.

If you think this is over, then you're wrong.

  • Bowties. Are. Cool.

  • @SuperGiraffeCool Yeah, You saw that vid too :)

    Doctor Who is he bestest

  • Hands-down the best song on the album.

  • i wouldn't mind having sex for the first time to this song.

  • This is really bad quality. Do yourself a favor and get the vinyl/cd

  • If this song were a woman, I'd have consensual sex with her in the missionary position, then call her the next week to see if she wants to go out for sushi.

  • @rmxjoint Sorry mate, but I'm already the legal husband of this track ;)

  • @rmxjoint maybe, but she'd be so beautiful you'd cream in 30 seconds.

  • @rmxjoint this is the best comment I´ve ever seen on youtube, I think I´ll print it on my T-shirt

  • @rmxjoint if your comment was a woman, I'd have consensual sex with her in the missionary position, then call her the next week to see if she wants to go out for sushi.

  • @rmxjoint I like how you put that. In short, this song is a sexy, complex woman.

  • @rmxjoint YUP!

  • @rmxjoint haha fucking brilliant (i'm a gal)

  • @rmxjoint THIS

  • @rmxjoint Best comment ever.

  • @rmxjoint so hipster

  • Songs remind you of points in your life. This song reminds me of a great (albeit short) point in my life. I wish I could have that point again. That point was great, but I never took time to appreciate it more.

  • Probly may favorite track on the album. With the wake me up, and the light airy guitar. Such a fascinating sound.

  • the part when he's singing wake me up at the end gives me the chills

  • <3 ?

  • This song is so beautiful.

  • reminds me of As Serious As Your Life

  • 3:13 gives me the goosebumps , I love how everything combines together as he sings :)

  • This song places me into a meditative state every time. And the more it progresses through the song, the more I plummet into my peace of mind. Now the song is over, and I am living in the moment.

    Thank you. Radiohead.

  • Chris Martin requested this song on BBC 6Music's Steve Lamacq show...

  • @42aca : It would be relevant if Chris Martin had anything to do with good music .. But he is clearly doing mainstream shit..

  • Comment removed

  • Its like all the worlds sadness composed into 5 minutes

  • 2:57 When he sings "If you think this is over then you're wrong." I want to cry or kiss someone or hug someone. Every time I just lose myself. Thom Yorke can do the most amazing things with his voice.

  • Just brilliant. just fantastic. every listen it gets more beautiful. open your mind and your heart and let radiohead take you on a journey to somewhere special.

  • best song on the album I would say.

the song really gets made after 2:31 for me!

  • Dafuq is Cyr

  • best song off the album

  • Cyr? The fuck is that.

  • @TehCheezBurgrz Cyr? Well... Cyr is the strongest man who ever lived. They called him the "Seperator" because he could split atoms by snapping his fingers...

Just fucking with you. I have no idea what/who Cyr is lol.

  • @GorgonDrageil haha u had me there for a sec

  • @GorgonDrageil Louis Cyr (1863-1912) was a famous Canadian strongman with a career spanning the late 19th and early 20th centuries. His recorded feats, including lifting 500 pounds (227 kg) with one finger and carrying 4,337 pounds (1967 kg) on his back, show Cyr to be, according to former International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness chairman Ben Weider, the strongest man ever to have lived.

    WTF, you were right?

  • @ChilldudeVS What? ...no way o_O... My jaw is literally open and my mind is literally fucked right now lol.
