Thanks!!! Saved me a trip to my gunsmith. Couple of things though.
Remove the main spring(inside grips) to make removing the top slide much easier.
The firing pin has a notch in it, this notch fits into the sear. The catch notch must be aligned exactly for the slide to go back on.
The recoil spring goes butt first in to the receiver, the open end goes into the frame front. Fit the spring into receiver FIRST, otherwise you have a hard time lining it all up.
