When he did so in a gas station, he exited his car and walked towards the police. This caused the officer to take him to the ground where a struggle occurred. Such a struggle that the eyewitness even went over to try and help the officer. As a result of his aggressivness, Mr Kephart was tased several times

He pulled over in less a mile, eyewitnesses said he was pulled out of his vehicle and thrown to the ground, it was on video tape as well. Furthermore, tasers are not a lethal use of force. If the citizen he had hit turned out to actually be the bad guy the officer truely thought he was, and he was not complying by stopping, this hit would be completely legit. @digitalbullshit explain the event in framingham mass last dec. you know when well educated cops (min needed is associate degree in criminal justice) gunned down and murdered an unarmed 78 year old man...it is not just education it is the right education and this country has not gotten it since 1975 at the very least. indiana is a perfect example, the state supreme court just ruled that the 4th amendment is dead, and that was a 5 judges not cops.. so education is not nessicarily the answer.
