Speed should never play a factor during spicy food eating challenge. Faster you wolf them down, more you can eat as most heat creeps up on you longer they stay on your tongue. The challenge should be to see who can eat the most number of those wings without ridiculous time constraint and see who can actually take the prolonged heat. :p Speed eating is just messy and gross.
