  • Jesus, good job!

    Very good inspiration

  • greaaaat music bro and awesome strenght!

  • I can do that.....with a forklift :-(

  • man nice work, wish i could let those weights fly down ground at my place

  • Cutxman - where do you train at currently?

  • wow cutxman, you really cleared that gym...have you tried marcos superstrength antipersperant gel? smell fresh, make friends

  • That is awesome man. Huge hip drive

  • Jeeeez mate your so bloody strong! What sport do you play?

  • @utuberlol

Weightlifting...I did played football, basketball and volleyball in HS...I do not play rugby, but I have done strength and conditioning for the Rugby team at CSULB.

  • Your freaking strong man! Do u play rugby?

  • 180kgs, does that include the bar or more importantly, his bodyweight being used?

He has to be about 140-150lbs, so I am going to say he is lifting about 108.75lbs, or about 50kgs. So 180kgs + 50kgs= 506lbs.That is nearly 4 times his bodyweight.

    He is a Human Ant.

  • He has very flexible Glutes, has little scar tissue in the Ankles, Shoulders etc, that would inhibit his range of motion.

    Very good mechanics.

  • U r a beast!!!!

  • the best lifts ive seen on youtube thus far, im very impressed.

  • GREAT WORK! THANKS FOR SHARING THIS!

  • Omg very nice dude!

  • Good work man.. keep it up. Awesome gym as well !

  • big props for putting in 110% effort

how do you get so flexible for those snatch balances??

  • I do stretch, though not enough. I am not as flexible as you think, but squatting to the bottom helps with flexibility. It allows your hip, knee and ankle to go through a wider range of motion.

  • Do not stretch too much before a lift, especially a lift like this.

Stretching tells the CNS to slow down, you don't want to do that when you are doing an explosive lift like this.

Stretch the rec-fem, stretch the sub scap. Do a lifting warm-up to prime that CNS for your first lift.

  • Dude thats amazing! Seriously thats unbelievable. Keep it up!

  • Question: why do you not extend completely on the RDLs? Just trying to learn a thing or two from a fellow weightlifter

  • RDL to me is to work on staying over the bar during the first pull to develope a tight torso and strong lower back by extending the hip angle while trying to maintain a relative constant knee angle. A full extension would turn into a CDL. That is the difference, as I understand it, between a RDL from a CDL.

  • cutxman, you = beast my friend. keep up the excellent work.

  • Great video. Amazing tachnique.

  • what is your weight?

  • 62kg, but I was heavy on this day

  • Dude very strong lifting and great work. My only comment might be to try to get a little more depth on your back squat. A little shallow for an Oly squat IMO, but still a very strong squat, especially for your BW. Keep up the good work.

  • Nghiep The King!!! GO BEACH!!!

  • Remember Pavle, Use your legs :)

  • CSULB!

  • EXCELLENT TECHNIQUE

  • Excellent job--real quick! What are your thoughts on straps-how often do you use them?

  • I use them quit a bit, mainly for the snatch. I have use them all the way up to the competition. But you should try to lift w/o it on several heavy days during your cycle to see if it affect your lifts. Straps allows me to concentrate on keeping my lats tight and keeping my arms straight without worry about my grip. Naim, one of the best in history used them on both lifts all the way up to competition.

  • I am going to try to use them for my cleans, because I have a cut right through my callous on the ulnar side of my palm. I will let you know how my cleans will be affected. I guess is that it won't.

  • Hello N.D., why do you do the rock back preliminary move prior to your snatches? Is it a pre-stretch? Just curious, I think Natalie W. does the same. Great video

  • I mainly do to activate certain muscles, i.e keeping the chest up,lats tight and to get the feel that I am pulling my straighted arms toward my body. Also, I do it to set myself over the bar while keeping my butt down. I rock to get to the point over bar where I know I comfortable pulling the bar with ease. The like the snatch grip RDL to get that activation and a good feel over the bar.

  • very good training

    nice training

  • Great - and a funny thing is that you don't have to take all that supplement crap to get to such results.

  • sounds good. yu are way strong....cut it down to 1 and 2.. you are strong like bull. (heard that somewhere)

  • dude,

seriously, stop all this nonsensical reps and stick to the basics. jeesh, bring your feet in on the jerk...way in..and watch your lifts go up, up, up. 5 reps on anything you are doing is crazy.

    Pork.

  • Thanks Mark. I only do 5 reps during my strength phase. I usually cut it down to 3 when I really concentrate on the lifts...will do on the jerk. Talk to you soon.

  • are you qualifying for the olympics?

  • Trying to get there.

  • where is this training facility?

You are too strong, do you take any special supplementation?

Are you wearing a version of the adidas adistar?

How many years have you been training?

  • I am currently training at UCLA and CSULB...There is no such thing as too strong, I have always try to get stronger and I am CLEAN. I do not know what you are referring to as "special" supplementation, but do take creatine, EAAs and 1 a day multivitamins which are all legal. My strength is 40% genetics and 60% hard work and dedication for the past 3 years ( I have been training for 7 years)...I do train with the latest version of the addistar.
