It's not the engine of the m5. It is the 4.8 v8 that you can find in the 550i, the 750i and in the X5 4.8i.

The Wiesmann MF5, has the M5 engine.

But that is the V10 of the new M5. This sounds like a V8, so it has to be the 4.8 engine.
