I have always laughted at the holding breath whilst sniping aspect to the MW series, snipers actually exhale slowly to reduce tension in the muscles and avoid misshot. Holding your breath does the complete opposite

Hate to break it to y'all, but if you hold your breath for more than a few seconds at a time, it will thrown off your aim.

And yes, sprinting in 50lbs of gear after being on your feet all day will make you very tired, very quickly.

In this infantry soldier's opinion, those are actually two of the few realistic points.

@salersky 25m is a little short (haven't played MW3 yet), but you won't be able to maintain a full on balls to the wall pace (not the slightly faster than a jog that most people think of as "sprinting") for very long. Remember that you're already tired and probably running on crappy terrain as well.
