hi guys, that 8 sounds amazing. quick question... i got a 03 rx8 hp (226hp), but i have cold start problems and normal start if warmed up also takes some effort, but when it takes, it showers shit on everything. aint got no problems when it's running, just starting, any advice?

because u have the "normal" starter thist problem exists. just go to the next mazda-salesman and ask for the newer and stronger startet, but i dont know how much this will cost.

ps: short trips with the cold engine force this starting-problem

replace your spark plugs and coils ...they are probably long overdue - change them every 25k

also - make sure all recals and updates are done on it

hey have you changed or replaced your ignition wires at all since you have had the car? that may be it especially if it acts funny when its wet out try it might do you some good

Yes mine has the dim switch to adjust the color. You can make it red and blue or white and red with a hint of blue.

Ya my cousins is a 04 and his panel is tri mode im gonna guess since our cars have special guages that we dont have it i think thats for the regular rx8 not the bad ass version we got

rx8's look best in white any way have you had any problems with this exhaust like rough idol or anything like that and after you had it put on did you have to have the car tuned at all after puting it on ( did your check engin light come on?)

I have an r3 as well and I have a question for ya our cars are supposed to have tri-mode instrument lighting blue entry wht on blk day and red on blk with lights on, at least thats what it says in the brochure but mine is just wht on blk and just a dimmer wht on blk at night? I clicked the dimmer switch lower left and it just ajusted the intensity but no color change I always thought that was a cool look on the older rx8 and was a little bumed does your do this?

dunno, mine is blue and red and it turns on by dimming right below the brightest.
