What sucks is, i had found this weapon, and i dont remember when i lost it, man i was pissed, my Melee is 100, so now im just using a normal supersledge, also, by the way, can someone tell me just for curiosity what the Oh, Baby! attack is if someones Melee is at 100?

Actually, there's a whole lot of music in the music files of New Vegas. Main problem here is that it's horribly bugged.

The triggers for some of the songs just don't...happen.

And the radio's really not high on the list of things to fix.

I like to play Windowed mode and play other music while I play it.

If it really bugs you that much, just adapt and don't whine about it endlessly.

@MrFallOUT3Beast I prefer the combination of boone and ED-E because ED-E gives you an epic perception boost so boone can see the targets better so boone shoots their heads off while ED-E turns em' to dust. Not that rex isn't good though :L

I've played this game so much I've literally killed everything in the wasteland other than non-hostile people. I walk around an nothing ever attacks me anymore other than the occasional respawned animal. I don't think there is a deathclaw left in the game.

a fallout in northwest would be cool and it would have season hopefully, which means snow. There is a possibility of this for a couple of reasons

1: In one of the fallout new vegas endings (good pro-NCR "happy")it says that the Great Khans and Followers "carve a powerful empire out of the Northwest"

2: this area of the country has not been explored yet

I think the problem isn't solely on the game but us just trying to compare Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas altogether. Sure New Vegas could use some better music, but it isn't Fallout 3. It's New Vegas. Fallout 3 was epic and I love New Vegas as well.

@DeadlyWinter Gobi Campaign Sniper Rife. The normal sniper with a silencer is better though. The only difference is the Gobi has a tiny accuracy increase and a tiny damage decrease, plus camouflage. Not worth the face you can't silence it.

@SickendArrow I felt somewhat ripped off with the new vegas soundtrack. Fallout 3 was repeatitive too but the music was better. Three dog was alot more entertaining than Mr new vegas. The stupid part is that the radio stations play the same music, if you listen to mojave you dont have to hear mr new vegas's stupid voice though. I wish they would have cut that corner somewhere else because the music and loading screens on new vegas suck.

For a game that everyone will log over 100 hours on, the current soundtrack will not suffice. Hell both games are better than most. I will always be a bit partial to 3 because I live about 5 hours south of DC. To see all of the monuments destroyed really hit close to home.

I cant look at the files since i have the xbox version. Its still pretty useless to not play all of the songs on the radio. @donwonjon420 If you save NV to your hard drive, then it will load faster and your console will run much quieter (especially the 360 version. It sounds like a 747 is trying to land in my living room sometimes.) However, at least in my experiences, after playing NV for a while, loading will begin to take longer and longer until it eventually becomes longer than playing from the disc. I actually timed one such instance, and it took over 2 minutes to load when fast traveling....

@HarmfulDesign I have NV and 3 installed. I wasnt complaining about load time. I was complaining that the loading screens arent as entertaining as they were in 3. In NV they use the same backgrounds and all that changes are the posters or the advertisement. My brother in law has NV on an xbox slim and his loading screens are insane. If you tell it to wait, it wont start waiting untill 30 seconds later. I dont think that I ever have to wait much over 45 seconds for any screen.

You know, now that you mention it, the loading screens were a bit repetitive in NV as compared to those in 3 - specifically the stat counters (I.e., people killed, panys exploded, etc. After downloading the latest patch a few days ago, I didn't notice any increase in loading times, even after playing for 4 or 5 hours, so maybe that patch fix that problem. I know that it DID fix the bug when applying mods to the Weathered 10mm pistol.

@donwonjon420 My only other real complaint was that the 1st DLC wasn't that great. (I'm just going by what I've heard and seen; I don't actually have it) The lvl cap increase would be nice, but I'm not paying 800 MS points just for that. I may buy it later if the price goes down. Until then, I'm going to wait for the next DLCs. It has been confirmed that as of Dec ,10, four are currently in development.

Gobi Sniper Rifle

Found in "Sniper's Next" Directly west of "Cottenwood Cove"

Note: It isn't gold, It was a sniper rifle used in the Gobi Desert, hence it's name. It has a Desert Camouflage texture to it, but looks gold.

It is a moderately descent weapon, but has less firepower than a normal Sniper Rifle. But it has some benefits as well, none of which i remember.

Another note: You need a lock pick skill of 100 to open the container it's in.
