A lot of people's faith goes deeper than what Bush does as a proclaiming Christian president.

So the media is right, although often wrong, that this is still a significant factor for many voters.

And even Democrats that are not dogmatic can still speak to the Values that are involved in the faith of Christians and others... and that even many agnostics and atheists share.
