I agree, I LOVE Cybertron Prime. Not only did he look absolutely epic, he still looked like Prime. And I agree, he looked absolutely tough and powerful. I loved the design, and say what you will about the Unicron trilogy, the final battle between him and Galvatron was epic beyond all reason. So yeah, I agree.

You forgot Omega Prime, when he came out I was amazed that you needed two leader class figures to combine. The Beastwars lineup wasn't doing it for me growing up for combiners..There were a few maybe but not like what they had in the 80s. There was alot going on in that figure. Rubber tires too!

In case you're not aware, Cybertron Optimus was repainted into Motormaster. Black and purple with a slightly remolded head made the toy even cooler.

Superior build quality and superior feature set are the definitive two. In my opinion, the truck mode is better on the first as well. ROTF Prime sacrifices both of those things that made the Movie Prime godly for screen-accuracy. Now I realize I may be alone in this, but I actually preferred the retail Movie Prime over the premium one. I just liked the gun better than the sword. Regardless, the blade is still superior to ROTF Prime's blade, and the gun to Buster Prime's gun.

@guncannon109 No, he just hates gimmicks that completely ruin a toy. Best example is Armada Hot Shot. The Minicon gimmick for it's robot mode destroys nearly all posability, leaving it with minimal Leg and Arm movement.

Armada Sideswipe is even worse if I remember. He explains this in the reviews he did for these 2 toys.

I'd agree with you on Cybertron Prime. 20th Anniversary Prime is the perfect G1 Prime, but Cybertron Prime works as a Unicron Trilogy Optimus, an Animated Optimus, a Powermaster Optimus, and yes, a G1 Optimus.

Quite sad that Transmetal Megatron didn't make an appearance. He's a rocket-skating T-Rex, for Christ's sake!

Personally, I'da swapped Armada Unicron for Energon Unicron (repaint, but works better), and Regular Cybertron/Galaxy force Starscream for SUPER Starscream - You just don't say "no" to a Primus-sized guy with a crown, key-activated arm-sword, key-activated arm-CANNON (replacing a broken arm-sword) AND has rotating waist cannons!

As for the rest - Galaxy Convoy/Cybertron Optimus is in his rightful place and the rest I'm fine with.

Fantastic picks! My only issue is the classics seeker mold. It is very cool but I feel that the missile launchers compromise it too much. If you lose the missiles the toy looks stupid. Also, they hamper the articulation on the arms WAY too much. I would replace it with the Classics voyager Prime. It's fun and extremely durable. Otherwise you are pretty much spot on. Nicely done!

the cybertron optimus prime. i agree for one particular reason: the fact that he could finally fly in all modes without a combination for support. my only disagreement is with human alliance bumblebee. there was a few things wrong with him, but only cause i'm a tf fan myself with my own opinions about him. others you showed, like rotf prime and animated shockwave, should have been higher on the list. other than that, great list. continue with the good youtube videos.
