I think force is =N*9,8 and that is =Kg. (in Spanish: force= masa * aceleración)

F=0.9N*9.8 --> F=8.82Kg.

W=8.82Kg*2,5m=22.05Joules

P=22.05J/9sec -->P=2.45Wats

Perhaps I'm in mistake, I'm not sure :).

I can see I'm going to like this site. All the science principles simply and brillantly demonistrated (and with interesting applications). I watched the whole video and takes me back to the days when I learned about these things in school but there was some "haze" that never quite cleared up. However, it would been a lot easier with videos like yours!
