The song is right there..

if you have a pc (i don't know mac at all) right click the speaker icon in the system tray (lower right corner of the screen) open volume controls click options then properties tick the recording tab make sure all is checked

and then press ok. now with this new control window open and on the side go to the start tab and find the sound recorder (its in accsesories) now in that open record control window on the side tick a box and try recording with the sound recorder the song from youtube if it doesn't work try the next setting by ticking the next box record the song save it as a wav file to the desktop.

connect your ipod to the computer open itunes and drag and drop in to the ipod!!

sorry ran out of room once the song is recorded and saved as a .wav file open itunes connect your ipod once the ipod is linked to itunes shrink itunes so you can see the windows desktop drag the .wav song file in to the ipod in itunes and bingo you got your song in the ipod..

you can record any sound your computer makes. that is what the sound card is for

also if you really want to get high quality recordings (and a way better recorder for windows and more options in your sond control bar you can buy a better sound card such as sound blaster.. the recordings will come out in cd quality)
