@Mariomonsta theyd have to be semi auto, and either have the stock and foregrip removed to qualify with the atf as a pistol, or have a 16" barrel to make them qualify as a rifle.

i think if u have this pdw at home, u have enough homeprotection 2 beat up lord vader. i think the german hk mp7 is the best pdw, but in a package i would choose the FN five seven with the FN P90. both have the same caliber and with the SS190 ammo its armorpircing, so what else can come then... but i like 2live in germany where there`s no limitation on the Autobahn, if theres no limit, you can drive, as fast as u can^^

@ironfreak225 And I just saw your post on cars. Using a car is a bad example. There are laws on how fast cars can go. They are not legally allowed to have the possibility to go faster than police cars, in most states. I believe the Ferari Enzo faced this problem, and was confined to private race tracks only.

Again, I think anybody should be able to own any gun they want... but it's about the freedom attached, not the false notion that they're as dangerous. For the most part, they aren't... but they have the potential to go just as wrong as a semi-automatic rifle, and the possibility of going worse.

The tendency is still for gun dealers to know more than the average gun owner in regards to guns... and there's far more accountability. This is only the rationality which the government uses. Not the one which I agree with. I'm only arguing this because I dislike when people over-simplify an argument to try to "win".
