I dont think its fair to say they dont have talent. What they dont always have with Major Labels is control. Maroon 5 started extremely Jazzy in the beginning. They comformed to the labels wishes in order to sell records. The same situation i'll be dealing with in the beginning of my career being in a boyband. It's all business related. Go to a Timberlake concert and decide whether he has talentt. Not many people anywhere can do what he does. Its much more than just singing and dancing.
