Pudge doesn't need lifesteal. If you play Meathook + Rot, you won't even be landing too may physical hits to actually gain life. What pudge needs is some good mana and health regen items.

@Workerman1991 pudge is a caster he relies mostly on he's combo and not normal hits so i do not recommend vlad on butcher..

-.- blademail is a waste id rather get a dps item so that they can't get away from me. Your ulti + aghams and heart is more then enough to keep you alive why not get a SnY or butterfly :)

I've seen pros use shiva's guard when playing pudge, but it only works if you play very aggresively (nonstop ganking)

soul rinG is a great item for pudge, not only it gives mana for some health but is also great for suicides

I always rush travels. You need the teleport effect to make fast ganks early game. Wether you go aghanims or hood next is totally up to you. Remember to use crow to charge ur bottle.
