I have to say I agree 100% with SSGLucyGirl. I would ask to speak to the guy's boss and if that person can't help you then ask to speak to their boss and so on and so on till you get an answer. I think for all your trouble they should send you a complimentary 90 day bottle. It just sounds very fishy and I would be PISSED!
