A problem with your approach is that he asked what the oldest youtube video is. You googled "me at the zoo". That presupposes he already knows the name of the oldest youtube video. In this guy's case he wanted to know the name of the oldest youtube video since he didn't already know it. Your way wouldn't have worked as he didn't know the name of the oldest youtube video in the first place in order to google it. In that case your search term should have been exactly that "oldest youtube video"!
