I've managed to stop the sheriffs from forcing me out twice and reversed judges orders,disqualified trustees, etc, it's going on 2 years since I stopped paying the banksters
It's just sitting on the docket. They have failed to prosecute their claim and my attorney won't move this matter forward, however, I am told that after two years of inactivity their complaint will be expunged (come April). They still have the lien on my property, they just can't foreclosure. I now rent the property but I can't sell it until I get their security interest removed. I already had them removed as beneficiary from my homeowner's insurance policy though, so that's a plus. Thanks.
