Then there's TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 43 > § 911: "Whoever falsely and willfully represents himself to be a citizen of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both." Falsely AND willfully. So if my grasp of this code is correct it's NOT lawful to claim to be a U.S citizen (lower case 'c') unless one resides in or inhabits the 70 square mile area known as Washington, D.C., which like The Vatican and City of London are Nation States.

One thing the Feds never forget to tell us is you must register for the draft when you reach the age of 18 but they have stopped telling us that after your 18th Bday you have 6 Months to file your declaration of domicile within your state. After this time has expired you are then considered a US citizen and you are no longer protected under your states Constitution but are under federal jurisdiction....thats not good.

there have been 8 supreme court cases saying that the 16th amendment doesn't give the federal government the power to levy an income tax.

an income tax is forbidden in the constitution.

there is no law that the i.r.s. has that says that you have to pay an income tax. it's purely volutary. there is even some sort of law that says that if a jury can give a verdict according to his belief of the law even if that law was not presented in trial. (some judges don't allow supreme court rulings)

My immediate concern isn't to find a way out of paying taxes. I'm attempting to understand being a security number listed on the NYSE. I may be on the wrong trail here but looking at my new birth certificate, there's a barcode. My mother's certificate also has a barcode w/a different number.

This means NH would still have to follow the system of government bestowed by the constitution, which includes the checks and balances of Congress etc., which includes federal taxation.I would think for him to not pay federal taxes in that aspect, then NH would have to break away from the U.S..

One should also remember that a more local tyranny is still a tyranny, so even if this works, state "citizenship" is just as dangerous as federal. I have personal documents from the US State Department as support. It's NOT a backwards approach. Federal Income Taxes are NOT unconstitutional they are based upon the 14th Amendment, for US citizens only. A State Citizen has no Income Tax liability.
