  • Nice skills on the brakes and holding to as it twitched about most people would lock up on panic braking or just run the guy over. Hope all was ok? Ride safe

  • that looked like the front brake lock up .. not the back ..

  • that guy that crashed was like a ninja!

  • at least he was on a track doin it and not on the public street...

  • double win?

  • almost hit the guy... AND the bike!

  • wow!!! that was extremely close

  • Press "7" Do a barrel roll!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Well good job someone can brake hard!

  • SO LUCKY!

  • nice moves looks like the tire kicked the bike away hen it touched down

  • that was so lucky that the tire or grip or something caught and spun the bike!

  • Thats nice of you to stop mate! well done..

  • @REXON64 DIPSHIT USE YOUR EYES AND READ OTHER COMMENTS!!!

  • omg watch the exhaust pipe just as it goes down! EEK! and the bike moving across... soo close!

  • u can hear the guy laughing

  • Whoever the rider was, great job not running him over. U r an inspiration 2 us all!!!

  • Crashed rider was having a flashback of his break dance days. I heard him say "coin drop baby!" LOL

  • you see him look at the bike at 0.44 and think of shiit...

  • Damn thats scary!

  • It looks like he might have run over something on road not so much locking up the brakes.. hmmm

  • @2009r6 if you notice...he went thru a small patch of sand by the shoulder as he came back in

  • Ur friend good at he didnt lose control at there. Points for that!

  • nice riding home boi

  • LOL this video should be called - Dodgin motorcycles and humans. Good reaction tho!

  • face plant win :D

  • great heads up riding man

  • WTF no helps !!

  • good riding. i'm sorry but that guy just seemed like a complete moron.

  • good reaction time.. nice job avoiding all that.

  • The guy panicked and locked his rear brake

  • he actually slipped on a large doner kebab and cheesy chips.

  • You did well to avoid hitting all that.

  • dropped a gear and rpm's went too high so the back wheel locked up? or did he just tapped the brake too hard?

or is he so rich and pissed off that the r6 passed him and wanted to get him on the ground aswell and by doing this it would look like an accident and he would get another rc51 hahaha

  • Hey I think the driver onboard used the jedi force to push the skidding bike away. Look at how it defies the laws of physics and turns away!! looks totally unreal man. =)

  • So im probably wrong but did the back tire blow out or what caused him to eat it? i just wanna know so i dont do the same

  • Dude this guy knows how to brake and not panic in the action...most of the riders block the tires and crash...RESPECT

  • What a Douche is Right LOL..... He totally panicked but hey it takes time to become very strong mentaly to learn how to relax on a Track...

  • i wish i could afford to wreck an rc51 like a douch

  • You thought you had avoided it then the bike came back for revenge!!!!

  • Actually, the fallen rider avoided bike. If watch carefully somehow rolled to the left, he's very lucky.

  • there are lessons that racers have to learn how to slide and roll so they dont break bones when they stack

  • why did the guy even wreck? what happened to him?

  • what a dumbfuck runnin up that guys ass, that RC51 took a fucking beating, damn it...R.I.P.

  • wow, lucky. Nicely done avoiding both the rider and then the bike.

  • Props where props are due. At least they were on a track and not on the streets

  • nice one

  • wow that was close, way to avoid that. i didn't realize that track was that ruff. they need to repave that thing. the new track is in much better condition.

  • lucky man

  • man! how did he a) avoid the fallen rider. and b) miss the bike!? sweet vid

  • Bit of front wheel lock yeh.....

    Avoided that one well!

  • LOL, u just went on witout helping him?

  • Your not allowed to stop, there are workers and paramedics designated for that.

  • YEAH!!

Great save coming over the hill into T-4. Not a great place to be hitting the brakes...obviously.

  • that would have pissed me the fuck off. dont pull out in front and then wipe out. almostl ike he locked it up on purpose

  • jeez! nice job avoiding/not panicking

  • Holy Smoke Batman! Is Right!

  • Holy Smoke Batman!

  • the rider and bike both got in the way lol

  • Man, that was crazy

  • the sp1/2 is down ha ha ha tooooo much on the brakes

  • Whoa that was a close one. Well avoided by the guy on the R6

  • Hey CarnageR1 - just got done reading thru the 80 comments on here. Interesting posts no doubt. It is squid class and a track day which explains IMO slower riding. A little countersteer to the right would have put him in a good position to pass yeah? Do you know Chief Wildman? I know him through a friend -- gonna go down to VIR monday, will you be there?

  • well...not to be a jerk. But I just got done watching a superbike race at SP from Sep 08, I think. It was pretty good. They were running about 1.20-1.21s not bad. usual time I guess. This pace seems completely off character for racing. what day was this?

  • Pretty sure it was a mechanical issue with the bike, not the rider.

  • my friend died there this may, he was only 13.

    RIP. Alex Lyskawa

  • nice of him to stop and see if hes ok

  • We have the very strictest of instructions NOT to stop. Even if it's our mother. You end up making a small problem a very big one, plus, there are ambulances standing by.

  • Wow. I watched that over and over again. I've never seen a slide like that through a straight. Washout from a fist full of front brake or what?

  • no offense but typical liter squid mistake.... smacked it open coming up out of 3 then panicked on the brakes (why was he even using the rear). he should stick to starbucks

  • thats right before Turn 4 at Summit point Main track.

  • Was that a track day? where was it. We learn from our mistakes i suppose.

  • That was a close call.... the guy should of had a little more karma! frustration gets you no where on a bike.

Best advice is... dont snatch at the brakes... they only bite back... but he made a good call not to hit the guy infront.

Its easy for everyone on here to comment but id say a good 99% of us (inc me) would of panic.... and prob end up falling off.

  • You can just tell the horror on that guys face as his body lays right in front of your bike. Priceless.

  • Wow, that was a close call. Awesome save, i'm sure that guy was thanking you later lol

  • Very well saved

  • This is my buddy's video. Not my video, I just posted it up for him. This was the NOOB group. I ride with TPM and ride in both RED/BLUE group.

  • Grab both front and rear so that doesent happen. Practice before you try though so you dont make a mistake. Better yet don't do stupid things.

  • very well safed man welll done

  • Noob was meandering around,BUTTTTTT he started drifting back to the correct line slowly, and the guy on the RC-51 shoulda seen it. He also grabbed way 2 much brake while swerving. Don't under estimate those RC's with a skilled rider

And that is why I was in noob group once 2 move up. I ride with Team Promotion, what track group was that who organized the event?

  • Having watched a few times the guy who crashes is the same guy who you took at the beginning but your cornering speed was well under par and i guess through frustation he tried (not very well) to outbrake you.

His fault for crashing but if you cant lean a bike dont out power other bikes on the straights.

  • Pull over - clean out pants!

  • does anyone know why he just slammed the front break on for no reason?

  • Carrying to much speed he thought, slammed the front brakes to not hit the guy in front of him.

  • Thats an aweful lot of action for a track day..wow!

  • i was just watching and that scared me

  • good moving man

  • nice reaction man. they've resurfaced the track recently... no more concrete patches!

check out my videos to see the new surface.

  • Amazing rider and great reaction. Most video like this one involve a target fixation accident.

  • lol.. and the fact that he almost drove into that out of control bike.. was not target fixation.. any track rider know that a bike sliding in a turn will go to the outside.. He fixated.. or just didnt know that.. he should have gone inside.. to avoid..

  • Wow...nice job on not fixating.

  • wow that was close

how come his tyre suddenly locks?

i dont think that he would suddenly brake..

it jsut doesn make any sense

  • dude that was like one of the most bad ass crashes.

  • that was close .. glad u didnt hit him

  • that was a nice save

  • you cant stop on the track, thats forbidden, if you want to stop, pull over to the grass, otherwise, only a red flag could stop the guys on the track

  • why the **** wud u stop u wud just cause a bigger accident u dumbass ur meant to put your hand out to the side... am i right?

  • Nice braking and reaction by the rider with the cam.

  • ya very nice reaction on the rider doing the recording.

I think i probably would have locked up my tire and fell to.

  • Oh I thought it were just friends ridin' for fun.. "Friend riding a R6"

  • He didn't even stop after the guy crashed? wtf

  • why would you? You are at the track. You stop and you can cause a bigger accident.

  • @CarnageR1 the rider wernt going that fast and both the guy who fell and and crashed bike were off the track and you couldve parked on the grass area........and yeah i wouldve

  • @CarnageR1 the riders wernt even going that fast and both the guy who fell and and crashed bike were off the track and you couldve parked on the grass area........and yeah i wouldve stopped

  • @pakistansmostwanted You cant stop if you do your an idiot your just asking for trouble.

  • pucker factor 9.9.

  • The guy definitely locked up his front wheel. I did this on the street once with a zx6r when I first started riding and it's a common mistake for inexperienced riders. The track is all about learning though anyway so hopefully the guy had frame sliders.

  • WOW nice riding on your friends part!! I couldn't believe that the bike came back into his line, crazy!! Nerves of steel for sure!!

  • o ahah ok, i guess, i never locked my rear tires enough to smoke that much =S haha w.e.

  • i think he blew his tire.. u usually dont smoke that much if u qucikly lock ur rears... just what i saw.. mybe wrong.

  • It was his front tire that locked up hence why he slammed down so fast. He did not blow a tire and just locking it up does smoke that much I know from experience. All of the weight of that motorcycle was on the front wheel because of the hill and hard braking(hard braking is always the front wheel)

  • Only thing I didn't understand is why he didn't stop to see if the guy was alright?...

  • LOL

Thats a Race and the Crash wasn´t that Big.

  • On a racetrack you should NEVER stop.

There are ambulances and workers paid to put a remedy in those cases.

Stopping may cause a bigger accident that the one already happened, you don't want to be hit at 200 kph by a motorcycle.

  • Agreed. The rider with the camera mounted did a superb job minimizing the situation the whole way through.

  • I was at that event when it happened. Why would you stop? Stopping causes more of a distraction and more targets for people to fixate on. He locked his front tire. Why did he even brake I have no idea, he wrecked right before going into TURN 4. On TURN 4, you don't need to use the brakes at all. I take TURN 4 way over the 100mph+ and brake real hard for TURN 5. It was a mistake, you live and learn, and it was on a closed course. That was the noob group also.

  • You were at that event? Was it NESBA? It looks like he got on the brakes to avoid azz packing the black bike. Maybe he was worried if he was about to break a no-passing entering a turn rule.

  • Wow I am an idiot. Didnt realize it was your video. Tell your friend good accident avoidance!

  • Looks like at the :41 mark, he hits a patch of dirt or mud passing up on the left of the videographer. Probably grabbed some brake, but with the mud/dirt on the tire, it probably didn't grip for an instant and once it did, it flipped him. Probably the first lap out and he didn't notice the mud until he went over it. At the same time, he needed to brake fast because the corner was coming up and he was coming in hot.

  • I'm amazed that he lost the front end that easy. I've gotten on the brakes WAY harder than that in a straight line and as long as the tires are warm, it results in the rear wheel getting light and starts to feel twitchy. My guess is that his front tire was either very cold, or old and dried out.

  • He lost it very easily because he was going over a hill while braking heavily(after passing) AND leaning a little bit to get behind the black bike(too many inputs). Elevation change can be just as important as a turn radius.

  • as i allways say fast bikes small dicks and iq

  • You're an idiot, these bikes are on a closed course on a track day. If anything, tracking a bike like this is just the opposite of what you say... The safest, smartest way to practice your skills on a machine that takes balls to even get on.

  • Amen!

  • atta boy.. ;-)

  • That was way to close.

  • uy in black was just out there meandering on and off the line, and the moron on the RC51 comes blasting in and out of control. RC grabs a handful of brake and tucks the front on a straight. Why do these "unsung heros" on their liter bikes insist on getting their ego stroked by passing a bunch of intermediate riders on 600s? If your so damm fast, step up with the expert group and show em what you got.

  • exelent control from the guy on the R6...

  • shitty hondas, well except for number 69 in gp

  • Pedrosa is a better rider than Hayden. And it's not 69 it's 1 now. Hondas are great bikes. I personally ride an 06 R6, but Hondas are still really great bikes.

  • Nice one, hope he has his organ donor card filled out.

  • holy shit. can you imagine being that guy?

  • damn.. thats nuts. looks like the guy on the 600RR was a shitty rider. He didnt hit any apexes in any corner. I dont think that was a shitty pass, that RR was just offline coming out of that turn and then moved over into him, otherwise he would have passed him too. Looks like RC rider was little too hard on the front brake and he went down, good ridin by that R6 to not hit that bike, seemed like it came back for him.. lol.

  • i would've been pissed scared and all other types of emotions all togeather

  • good job

  • Wow! what happened? it looks like he slammed on the rear brake too fast and didnt even try saving it?

  • Outstanding riding....

  • daaayummmm!!!

  • 2 bad that RC-51 locked up. Nice bike. Good looking out!

  • holy smokes!

    good reaction!

  • so close!!!

  • holy shit this was tight
