The police were chasing him as he had mugged some old lady. So the guys in blue caught the bastard, the old lady was happy and everyone was thankful. I shook their hands, then got back to my plank. I had a workout to continue.

I think this video was hilarious but the reason Planet Fitness was created was the same reason your gym was created. Its a place for people for people with certain goals can go and achieve them in an environment where it is accepted. What I am saying is that they have their place and you have yours. I do Crossfit, as much as I want to do a full Xfit workout in any gym I wouldn't recommend it in a place that does not have a full set of olympic bumper plates, kettlebells or olympic rings.

Planet Fatness has moved past joking and has basically stereotyped anyone taking their training serious and put them in the idiot category. They basically started a movement against anyone trying to gain muscle, improve strength, improve athleticism, and actually enjoy their workout. They enable fat people with free pizza and advocate mediocrity.

What's next? Purple and yellow machines??? oh wait ... they do that too!
