I know it's changing dramatically but there's many more ugly places in Metro Manila like Crossing-Kalentong,VMapa,Pasay,Divisoria,Recto,Sampaloc,Tondo,San Andres and so on.Metro Manila is improving dramatically because of MMDA,if not for them local govt's will do nothing but little,it's like a sitting duck waiting for money to come through taxes

It's improving very fast especially the national and secondary roads,sidewalks that's because of MMDA.MMDA coordinated with the local govt units.
The water in ilog Pasig is also improving,it's not dirty,smelly as it was before,Pasig River Super Ferry is co-chaired by MMDA.
