You're right about him being a pirat DJ, but it's Mika Lennox and not Mark Roman. Mike Lennox later became a radio DJ for the newly formed BBC1 radio.

There were people in the sixties who really did talk like the producer shown here, and they actually thought they sounded cool!!
Those types went on to become Estate agents. ;-)

It's brilliant! Buy it.
(I had a dodgy copy from the Video Beat for some time. Don't buy that!)
