Nice levels of stamina here. Try and keep your arms up for protection, especially after throwing a punch.
Avoid 'haymakers' if you can, they're slow and telegraphed. Keep your posture tight and make the punches snappy.
Keep your weight balanced, and keep your back legs bent so you can spring.
Overall, you both look like you're having fun, you're both putting some good cardio work into the rounds, so well done. Practice will build your styles and confidence.
@dazmatthews1 Thanks for the good tips & for watching Darren, the re-match is already being planned for my next visit down.. Who would you bet on for the re-match going off this video, Scott or me?
You on fitness, Scott for strength. The lighter person always has to work harder. But here's a tip, use your brains too, instead of punching his arm, find targets such as ribs and even front of right shoulder which in your styles of body sparing is always exposed.
@dazmatthews1 Thanks, I tried to get some punches into Scott's right side i think i landed one or two but not with any power i couldn't manage to get around to his right side, with the way Scott was guarding/moving. Scott has good defense.
I guess I need more practice, but its all fun. All though where i was hitting still scored points.
Thanks again for all the advise & for watching. All the best Ed
