  • The both of you are stupid the cat did not need your help

  • @sinned2080 i guess ur mom gave birth to you " without any help :/ "

    God's always there FOOL..

  • My cats gonna have babies soon and im so scared I dont no what to do.

  • @Hannahbabiixo

Best advice: after the babies are born, have your cat spayed.

  • cat: PUUUUU

Me : OMG A CAT FART!! WATCH OUT!! oh its in the computer..

  • are they at the vet!? i'm serious!! PLEASE RESPOND!! I NEED AN ANSWER!! and... is that person with the KNIFE trying to KILL THE BABY!? D':

  • you should have just left her.. I'm sure cats and every other animal can give birth on their own.. my cat is about to have her kittens tooooo.. but cute video

  • Hehe she farted the man wuz like qood one grace lmao

  • (cat fart) man: nice one Grace lol :D

  • SHE FARTED

  • Ahhh, extra cute :) x

  • cute = cute babies

  • AWWW Too cute

  • u dont need to cut it u know

  • @o0xxthanhnguyenxx0o There is a chance if the mother is a new mother, she will not know what to do, that is when you (the owner) have to tear open the amniotic sac and cut the cord. An experienced mother will eat the cord and eat the after birth to start stimulating more milk.

  • Awww.

  • @Epicnerdgasm Yeah, that's right. They do fine on their own, it's the point of them being a living species - that they know how to, y'know, LIVE. I don't know why people stress over them; they'd already be extinct if they couldn't take care of themselves ... especially when it comes to giving birth.

  • she farted

  • @djorlando64 ive gone through 2 cat births and i did not intervene, both births went fine on their own, i know it is scary, maybe you can call a vet and ask for advice what to do just in case of complications???? good luck and i hope it all works out fine on it's own :)

  • @ uching

I feel the same pity for cats being dumped off in animal shelters, but these people seem very responsible and like they love their cat Grace. And in addition to that, it's very hard to tell when a cat is pregnant until it's too late. That, and there are many people who can't afford to have their cats spayed b/c it is too expensive. It would be a waste to put in all that money and she suddenly ends up hit by a car or something tragic like that.

  • I'm worried that my cat won't have motherly instincts when she gives birth but I don't feel comfortable using a knife to open the placenta or cut the cord. Could I use my hands?

  • @KaiCourage Our cat is due to give birth any day now and we're just going to have some kitchen roll on standby in case she doesn't clear the face properly.

  • Did you guys like have that cat giving birth on the SOFA????

  • spay your cat there are too many cats and kittens dying in shelter and being abandoned to the streets, these are killed by starvation, predators, cars and by animal control all because selfish people like you breed your pets .

  • DONT CUT!

  • @swplayer100 they cuted becase they said in the desrition that the mother wouldint eat the sake so or the umblicord so they had to cut

  • @epicrobloxian52 wow lots of typos there, or maybe you just can't spell lol sorry just had to comment

  • @ducrozet74 oh shut up -_-

  • i'm so nervous, i took in a stray cat and she happened to be pregnant. she is due very soon, i can see the kittens moving around in her tummy. its just nerve wrecking, i hope everything goes smoothly!! thanks for sharing your experience!

  • Sooooooooo Cute <3 im a boy and i luv this lmao im just watching these vids cuz my cat is supposed to give birth this month maybe even this week or this night :)

  • AWWWW! And then it said "Mew!" aww that was quite possibly the sweetest thing I've ever seen!!! Aww..I'm just imagining how my cat was once that small!!!! Awwww!

  • The cat should do the birth with no help from a human being, except if it is something wrong with the kittens. I think that you made this cat birth wrong because you cut the string with a scalpell and you pulled the sac away . The cat can handle a birth by itself. It's the mother natures law!

  • This is so cute and gross!

  • this is so kute in a disgusting way lol !!!

  • oook... shee's got it....

frickin humans stop buddign in to nature

  • my friend's new born kitten leg had to be cut bcoz the cord was not cut by mom cat!

    well done durchiiv2

  • DONT TOUCH THE KITTENS WITH YOUR BARE HANDS !!! I saw someone reach over and touch the kitten without any gloves on ! If your cat smells human cents on it, it could result to her eating the kitten !

  • @gkfrm ...isnt that birds?

  • @gkfrm The cat does not eat the kittens if a human touch it with their bare hands, in contrast to rabbits, they would do it.

  • @gkfrm I see what you're getting at. Yes a cat will eat their babies if TOO MUCH human contact has been done. During labor though, I don't think the queen will mind too much for help :) She's probably just thinking "GET IT OUUUUTTT"

  • ay yo dat cat farted kekekekeke

  • the wonders of kitty birth

  • she barelly saw the knife , she was cuddling the kittens so much she was like '' whos tickling me ? o.o '' still cute vid , thanks for uploading :D and idk if they are all fine ( almost 3year old vid ) so... i wish all of 'em good luck on earth or in heaven :D

  • arent you no suppused too touch them after birth

  • @MrSillywilly99 i don't think it matters because we're touched after birth too.

  • There's nothing wrong with helping your cat when she's giving birth.

Infact one of our older cats had a big problem with giving birth to a rather large kitten 3 years or so ago, we gave her a plate of warm milk and she drank it up and she was then able to push the big bugger out.

There's nothing more beautiful then watching a kitten being born, a new life coming into the world.

And it was rather funny with that Grace farted near the start of the vid. XD

  • I love the cat farts!! HAHAHA

  • That fart... I'm in tears of laughter!! xD

  • haha I can only imagine what people were thinking before you explained the use of the knife..

  • cute!!!!!!!!!!:)

  • the kittens are so fuckin cute

  • Grace: Shut Up!! Its Hard Enough! : Fart, Grace Looks At Kids,

Wich One of You Was It?! Owners: Nice On Grace

Grace: Crap, They Saw Through It...

  • cat birth is a beautiful thing but im really scared now because my cat is going to give birth anyday now but i dont know if ill be there for her when she gives birth.. im really scared now :(

  • @codiodie615 You don't really need to worry about being there for your cat. They usually get along fine unless they have a medical problem. Actually they prefer to be alone away from all the noise and stress! Our cat gave birth to two perfectly healthy kittens overnight and we didn't see them til morning and she got along fine! I think hopefully yours will be okay too. :) Good luck!

  • amazing... :D

  • What beautiful creatures :)

  • Getting out the things from the kitten with the knife is a good idea, but you always must be careful, the kitten may injure because they move alot, you know

  • AWWWW its so cutie i want one hehehe i love cats and kittens !! :(0

  • It just pops out! LOOOOOOOL

  • That was wonderful watching your cat Grace giving birth to her newborn litter of kittens.

  • @3228jane jackass how are they irresponsible? maybe they wanted their cat to have babies? it doesnt matter if you dont have anything nice to say then why the fuck you watch this video

  • @princesstutu34

on average 9.6 million are euthenized a year. I stand by my statement.

  • Guys, you did everything just fine. Don't worry about any crap comments.

  • Kitty farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrttt brtbrtbrtbbbbbbbbbbbrrrrrrrrrrttttttt lol poops poor lol she farted while giving birth lol srry kitty I love kitty cats lol I love them so much I'll die for them oh I was talking to much ok bye bye kitties bbbbbbbbbbbbbrrrrrrrrtttttt oops blushes lol srry!

  • such a pretty kitty :)

  • it farted the kitty farted

  • XD the cat farted! and the video is sooo awesome!

  • This video is cute

    :P

  • farts at :18

  • the kitty is so cute love cats when they give birth

  • Gorgeous Cat Grace+Birth+Kittens=Cute And Gorgeous Kittens/Cats

  • Also people listen. A mother cat won't reject the kittens if the person handling them in their owner that they trust. A wild cat would. Plus they were wearing gloves. That will reduce the human scent. And it is ok for them to intervene. Think about it. Would you rather the kittens die because you didn't help them or live because you did.

  • @specklegaze the mother cats give birth perfectly fine without human intervention.... just so you know. and if they don't survive (sorry to break it to you), they weren't meant to survive. and if the mother doesn't take care of them properly, then natural selection is doing it work. not allowing for species who can't reproduce and take care of their offspring live.

  • @blixxex

Is a baby that gets it's umbilical cord wrapped around its throat meant to die? Should the doctor not try to intervene? It wasn't going to die because there was something wrong with it, it would have died because the mother cat was not attentive enough. And yes, animals make mistakes. Instinct doesn't count for anything.

  • @PeanutButterBlood doctors are what is prevent natural selection for human evolution. I mean, of course I think doctors are great. But from an evolution point, it's true. We are just pulling animals/people out from the natural selection. Organisms that cannot survive on their own, don't deserve to be in the gene pool...

I'm not being biased... If it weren't for doctors, I wouldn't be alive. Don't bring your ethical/morals in pure science.

  • @blixxex

So uh...you don't deserve to be alive?

  • @PeanutButterBlood no... cuz i couldn't survive. I'm not saying it wrong to save people's lives, just saying those who can't live without a doctor reached an evolutionary dead end. SO by saving these people and keeping them in the gene pool is just preventing evolution (by natural selection).

  • Because my computer is being a jerk I can quote comments so at Ericafreak. There were three other kits born before that one so it's not that they didn't give her a chance. They probably did with the first one and saw that she wasn't intending too.

Anyways. The kittens are so cute I love there little squeaks.

  • omg the cat farted lol

  • Oh how precious!!!! I want one!

  • soo cute love it my cat is giving birth right now its cute

  • lol the cat farted

  • hahaha the kitty farted in the begining thats so funny dude!!!!!!!!!!!!!XD XD XD XD

  • LOL the cat farted

  • Cat has already "given" birth, you s***head

  • thumbs upis u was staring at it with ur eyes not taken of the picture

  • Hahaha, loving the farting!

  • OMG, farted at da beginning! soooo cute! :):)

  • I think you did a very good job. Glad that you really care about your cat! Good to know the kittens are doing fine :)

  • is there 4 kitten's?

  • farted @ 0:13 lol

  • well, when you say "she had no intention of cleaning the amniotic sac", you didn't give her any time really do to so. Right in the video, it shows you cutting it RIGHT after the kitten was born... and a towel may have been a more proper tool to use :)

  • @ericaFREAKK they probably watched the movie Loser where they cut off the sac with a scalpel...I found you can peel it off with just like and orange peel :D

  • farted lol

  • Would have prefered a scalpel? Are you out of your mind? It appears you were playing doctor..... with absolutely zero know how. In no circumstance would you have required a scalpel. My god, a cloth would suffice.

I'd remove this video before you lose any more dignidy. Honestly. Ridiculous.

  • gteat job. I have two cats and both of my cats are pregnant! oops, :-) but i've been looking on the computer and i think i'm ready. and this vidieo helps a bit. thanks for posting.

  • kudos to you for helping grace have her kittens! i laughed when she let out a poot. those are very beautiful kittens.

  • uhhh... you know you don't need a KNIFE to break the sac. I understand the need to break it if the mom doesn't do it herself right away. But the sac is very delicate. It'll break if you just rub it with a towel. Anyway, glad to hear they're all doing okay. If anybody reads this, don't use a knife! Use a frickin towel.

  • when i had a cat my cat gave birth on my brothers bed twice!

  • My cat was in labor yesterday....and the kittens havent arrived yet! :P now she is sleeping ....didn't know it could take that much time... ;)

  • Would you freaking leave you cat alone when it's giving birth. It does not need you help, and it certainly does not need you to cut anything what so ever.

Unless there is some special circumstances, then back the f... away and give your cat some space to take care of it's business.

It knows what to do. You don't need to worry about how the cat freaking moves. Seriously I hate when people turn their care for their cat into just being bad care takers.

  • @realisticHomeboy its just so the kitten can breath.

  • obviously they know what their doing, no need for criticism at the beginning :)

  • what a beautiful cat!!

  • I am soo scared now my cat is pregnant and ppl been telling all these stories of how their cat kittens died cus they didn't help the kitten out it was a breech and I don't really know what to do if the kitten is stuck.....omg im soooooo worried if the kittens died or died already..when they're born..you have beautiful kittens btw, hope they are doing okay

  • I wish my cat wasnt fixed shed have awsome kittens! i <3 kitties

  • your cat is so so so so cute cute kittens

  • @ambris21 my cat jerry gave birth to 5 kittens on Wednesday both mother and babies are doing well and are healthy. They are cute kittens 3xtabbies and 2xblack ones.

  • they did fine

  • lolz cat pooted!

anyway, i hope your kittens are very healthy and they are very cute. poor grace must havee been in a lot of pain, but oh well. you did very nice jobs as oowners.

  • ...why did you watch it?

I personally watch these because my cat's about to have her kittens and I wanna know what it looks like. And there's absolutely nothing sick about it, you're just too fucking sensitive to handle life.

  • shut up everyone who said they did anything wrong, i have close friends who are vets and ALWAYS reccommend you being there to help your cat if it wont cut the cord or break the sac, they did everything right! and cats rarely reject kittens unless there is something wrong with them

  • @pinkangel10000 You should try to understand what you just said dude. Being there, and helping IF necessary, if FAR FAR different from interfering. These idiots interfered where no interference was necessary.

  • Cats don't usually like people to be around.

  • omgggg tat wazsooo funny wen da cat farts..0:14 lol;)

  • never, ever interfere in any way with your pet's pregnancy. Unless prompted a reason by your Vet. Your interference can lead to rejection on the mother's behalf

  • i know for a fine fact the cat should have been left to take the bag and cord of on its own if they do not get the option theres a high risk that the cat will reject the kitten or kittens the onlt time you should really intervene is if the cat is a first time mother and hasnt got a clue what she is doing

  • Why the fuck did you vut it?

  • @PeaceLove716 shut the fuck uppppp and read the god damn sidebar. obviously these people knew what they were doing. They seem experienced to me.

  • It's obvious of how well you payed attention to the video. Not only that but they even said what they were doing with the knife in the Describtion box.

  • omy god that is a BEAUTIFUL cat

  • is that a blood??!!

  • fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that guy could be a good voice actor no joke

  • yay Grace!

  • lol did Grace fart? at 00:13 - 00:14

  • Good set up and you gave her great space and support and helpt with the birth of the kitten best video i,ve seen you had latex gloves on which was great and a sensible thing to do as you dont want to get you,re cent on the kitten because it can put the mother off so wearing gloves was a great thing to do as i do it aswell and i've had so many litters from my cats in my life that i've lost count lol so well done congratulations and i hope mother and kittens are doing very well :) 5 stars ;)

  • u dont need to us a knife to cut it.. use ur hands or something.. very pretty cat, and lovely kittens !

  • the beginning is so funny. grace is so gorgeous !

  • lol the cat farted at the begining, cute kittens by the way

  • LOLZ, it farted. x3 Cute kittyyy. (:

  • AHHHHH be careful with the knife!!!! next time jus not use a knife!!!

  • all these cats giving birth on u tube look the same lol is it a better way to cut or to let the cat cut it?

  • poor little kitty

  • farted at the begining xD

  • my cat is giving birth right now

  • @gigi10kitty Wow! Best luck!!

  • LOL it farted

  • lmfao !!LOLOLOL the cat farted lol im srry

    the kittens are soooooooo cute

  • did the cat fart? what are you cutting? that looks painful.

  • cutting placenta

  • Lovely cat!

I remember when I was young, my pregnant cat, Tuan was very clingy and she kept calling for me during her labour, but at that time i was really clueless about these kind of things, and my mum said that i shouldn't watch Tuan give birth as she said it's a private moment, so i didn't.

But i really regret that I didn't stay with her that time. I imagine she wanted my support, cos birth is very painful... i wish i can turn back time and sit through the whole process with her.

  • Tuan died few years back, she was bitten by the neighbour's dog in the neck. The damned dog was ferocious, we could not do anything, we even had to chase the dog around the block before he dropped Tuan's off from his hold.

When we finally retrieved Tuan's body, her neck was torn and blood was gushing out. What's even sadder is that Tuan just gave birth to 4 lovely kitten a month before the tragic incident. However all her kittens lived on til today!

  • they did that coz, sometimes the mom cant clean it of fast enought for the kitten to breath O_O

  • my cat gave birth today,, and shes so dirty.. does anyone know when i shud clean her.. ?

  • i saw my cousins cat saw his cat give birth but the cat is just clean like she looks like she has not been going thru birth so no i wouldnt clean her. (plus they get more stuff stuck on them like dead skin)

  • My aunties cat just gave birth like 5 days ago at 3:00AM

  • my cat had kittens 2 days ago, 2 of them were born inside the plsenta too and i had to get them out for her. i took a video of it too anyone can check out if you like.

  • Hi, i dont want to sound funny but i think you were intervening too much as there was no need to cut the umbilical cord as mum would have eaten it given half the chance and sorted "HER OWN" babies out....i think all the were interested in was making it look like you knew what you were doing so you could film her!!!! My cat has given birth twice and she did an excellent job some cats dont and you should never have had that sharp knife near her back end or the kittens!!!!

  • I'm confused. Could someone give me advice? My 1 year old cat Mia is sneaking out of the yard a lot, And is always so protective about underneath my family's deck. My male cat Logan was fixed, but he is the same way about under the deck. I look under and see nothing. What does anyone think is going on?

  • about the knife and the placentia... aren't the cats just supposed to eat the placentia to protect the baby from suffocating? or is that dogs......... i forget

  • yes. the mother usually chews the umbilical cord off and then licks the placenta until is breaks, sometimes they eat it, sometimes they don't. i honestly don't think there was any need to intervene, but they might know something that i don't know. besides, they did a great job at helping the mother, so it all worked out!

btw...my kitty is about to have kittens soon! i'm getting pretty excited!!! :)

  • my manx is coming up on her first litter, but as this will be the closest ive been to this particular situation, i dont know what to expect or look for(lived on a farm all my life, the mothers would handle things on their own, then bring the survivors to us.)

  • they pulled it off the face so its fine they were just helping we do it all the time with cows tho they r bigger its the same basic principal

  • I can hear her purr....

  • cats purr when their in pain

  • Oh.......

  • you will notice within 6 weeks after , you know lol. She'll have like a round tummy.

  • Usually when a cat is ready to give birth, a mother would look for a spot where it's quiet so no one would bother her. Last night I let my cat followed me in my room then I went back downstair. Few minutes later bam kittens on my blanket, 5 kittens.I almost puke, it was really gross.

  • ha ha ha she farted!

  • My cat farter too when she delivered her babies last night. I was like lmao..haha.

  • if you notice her stomach is bigger than usual then she could be pregnant. I had my cat delivered some babies. Kind of gross lol

  • You had adorable and healthy kittens and the mother is pretty too :)
