Until now Dizzy's still a mystery. All we know that she's the daughter of Justice, half human, a Commander Gear, her age is 3 but she's mentally 20 yrs old, has a Gear mark and Outrage mark on her magic ring.

Even though she's one of the most powerful characters she is very gentle and would prefer to run and hide than fight. If she's forced to fight she ends up doing too much damage. Her life is spared by Sol and she makes friends with many characters. Read the GG Wiki.

Do you see their age? That Man and Sol are similar aged. Aria was there before Justice, Dizzy's mother was even created. It's too far apart. Testament was adopted and raised by Kliff as his own son, not Sol. No disparity there.
