@caitlinrb Its part of the 'Ballad of Gay Tony' DLC (or Game if you have the disc version). It can only be found online like most of of the new cars (APC, Police Buffalo, Police Bike, etc.) You can find it parked at police stations around the city, but an easy one to find is, in the north of Algonquin on a road called 'San Juan Rd'.It'll be parked in the police station parking lot in the space closest to the entrance off 'San Juan Rd'. Hope this helps.
