@ThePdiddles just to point an issue with your assessment: Dracula is actually a nickname, given to Vlad because of him renowned cruelty, and the cruelty of his father. His father was referred to as "Dracul" meaning "Devil" / "Dragon" / "Snake" , hence Vlad was referred to as "Dracula", which means "The Son of the Devil", the "a" at the end being used to designate a Father-Son relationship. Given the fact that Dracula is portrayed as an ultimate evil, the name, and genre, fits.

His father was referred to as "Dracul" meaning "Devil" / "Dragon" / "Snake" , hence Vlad was referred to as "Dracula", which means "The Son of the Devil", the "a" at the end being used to designate a Father-Son relationship. Given the fact that Dracula is portrayed as an ultimate evil, the name, and genre, fits.

I remember when I saw this at the theater with my now ex-husband, and when Dracula (Gerard Butler) changed from being really old with white hair into his fine dark-haired self, I gasped and was like wow he's gorgeous! My husband looked at me and said, "Did you forget that I was sitting next to you?" Whoops, I kind of did, lol!!
