This shoot interview SUCKS. He refuses to give backstage info on anyone he worked with, he thinks all the wrestlers were great, and is just a total waste of time. It's almost as bad as the Ken Shamrock, Powers of Pain and Nick Patrick shoots.

For a SUPREME shoot, check out Madness Behind the Mania, with Iron Sheik, Bob Orton and Paul Orndorff. Or the Kevin Kelly shoot from a few years ago. Now THAT'S entertainment, unlike this tripe.

I think that would only work if they did it as a comedy angle since there is so much comedy surrounding the incident. Unfortunately those comeback things don't usually go over too well. As for the Typhoon gimmick, John Tenta aka Earthquake was the real driving force behind the success of the team of the Natural Distasters...Typhoon and Earthquake. Typhoon aka Tugboat aka Shockmaster aka Fred Ottman never was all that damn much of a wrestler, but he'll surely take whatever credit people are willing to give him. Rest in peace John Tenta.

As for him making no reference to the Shockmaster gimmick, this is merely a preview of his entire shoot interview. I'm sure the guys from rfvideo drill the hell out of him regarding his infamous shockmaster stint, which by the way was a total embarassment to the world of wrestling. Good going Fred. But then again, how good was he with his other gimmicks anyway? Tugboat's character was only brought in so that someone could hold Hulk Hogan's jockstrap for him.
