Because no state has the death penalty besides texas now, that's why the rapists aren't killed. And abortion may have "effects" but if a woman chooses it, one can only reasonably assume she feels it's for her good and benefit.

Abortion isn't "killing" because early stage abortions take place before a baby has any feeling or consciousness or capacity to be aware. They can't even breathe for themselves in early stage abortions (before 3 months)

So there is no problem with it.

That was a total misrepresentation of Obama's position. He said that it was above his pay grade to say at what point a fertilized egg should be considered a person.
