Alright there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father got great 6 pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
I've had a rotator cuff problem for two months now.. I've noticed that the best way to prevent sleeping like this is to sleep on a couch.. no room to sleep in this position :D
Here is a better idea yet, use tennis balls or softballs on a daily basis providing the deep tissue manipulation of soft tissue. This is simple, and doesn't require someone to massage you. It feels good, stretches the fascia, increases circulation, and can provide a degree of joint mobilization once you get familiar with moving around on the ball. You don't need instruction, your body will tell you what to do.

i have the same exact problem! i get numbness in the arm as a result of this and inflamation! anyway i sleep more like on my stomach with the arm in front of me and that really got my scapula off balance...anyone knows what to do? And ive been to a doctor already.. no solution.
@gatos100000 sleep on the back without a pillow and arms down. this the way zen masters sleep after they clear their minds. no sugars before sleep. empty bladder. no computer or tv before sleep. laughing or orgasm or warm bath or shower before sleep helps. let the mind rest before sleep. dark room. no sounds. cool and covered. hope this helps.
i was at the gym and doing seated press where u sit and push 2 handles outwards and i accidentaly sort of stuck out my back muscles and my i dropped the weight immediatle and now it hurt in the top
Here's a better idea. Go to walmart and buy a 15.00 memory foam pillow and a 4.00 utility knife. Proceed to cut a valley in the underside of the pillow. Test it. Trim to suit. You'll realize you just wasted 19.00 instead of 100.00. You will be more relaxed and less prone to fatigue and a continuing pain. THEN - just try changing your sleeping position. Can't do it? Sleep on a couch. Few days later you'll realize that not sleeping with your arm extended for a lengthy duration - IS THE KEY.
I thought it was bad to sleep with your arm raised like that? Aren't you supposed to sleep with your arms at your sides? Seems like it's reinforcing a bad habit.
finally I know why I have this problem! because I did not do any bad movement any sports and nothing at all but I have this problem two months ago and I am who sleep on my arm
