i buildt my rig to be silent, bought a few diferent fans, alot of the chepest kind, but after trying em i ended up buying more of Zalmans 120mm blue led fans (that also come with a resistance) they was in a diferent league. But as stated a fancontroller rules.
When you want them quiet, you can let them run on low RPM but when it`s necessary you can let them run on max. You can regulate it with the little remote which the uploader uses to change the LED-Program.
And the best: The LED-Power keeps the same..
But when it is at max. it`s pretty loud..But that`s not needed because in my opinion it transports enough air in the low mode too. Then they aren`t hearable.
