Yes, its time to take this country away from greedy, selfish, money loving, capitalistic pigs. 30 years of this crap is enough. Down with wall street greed mongers, corporate robber barons, and lovers of materialism over people. Bring out the ropes to put around the necks of the "Dogs of War" War crime criminals: Bush, Cheney, Karl,

and Rumsfeld.

My Issue with this bill is the removal of the secret ballot, and the change from 70% to 50% of the vote to unionize.

yes, and the concept of a card check being used to form a union already exists, except that for some weird reason the employer than has the ability to choose whether or not he accepts the union. this would remove that power.

The change is that the creation and original election do not need to be formalized with a National Labor Relations Board election. This allows workers to create a union quicker, rather than being delayed and losing valuable time in which the employer can attempt to scare off attempts to unionize. So basically this just reinforces the original union acts, accounting for an unintended weakness.

This is amazing! It is very much in the tradition of union songs. However, they typically involve a folksy-woody gutherie sound and just a guitar. You gave it more of a pop sound that is very much a reflection of the music of today. I'm going to forward this to all the organizers I know involved with EFCA and the union. We gotta get the word out. You just gave us an entertaining way to do it. Music has always played a part in social movements and inspiring and educating people. Thank you!- Jonah
