Whether he gets it or not may be something different but in many cases young kids are out at 21 years of age if they are convicted. These kind of killings rarely make any sense to most people.All we can do is speculate as to why such young people commit these horrendous crimes.The defense & prosecution will offer all sorts of expert witness statements & those following the trial will huff & puff about this aspect or that aspect.And when all's said & done,4 people are still dead,& one young man's life has altered out of all recognition! Life's full of bad stuff we don't understand!

Wow, another video the entire tape was remorseful (Teen Weeps, his heart goes out to THE FAMILY, etc). What family?? You blew them away!! This kid does not understand that prison is hell WITH support on the outside, much less WITHOUT ANY. Shot his Dad first, sat next to him on the couch, wanting to let the rest of them discover him and then shoot them but instead (after waiting) went up to each room, one little boy was shot in the face twice. Shooting his Dad didnt freak him out, I take it.

This reminds me of Courtney Schulhoff, who at her trial is smiling & laughing & she's on trial 4 murdering her father. What's the point of giving all of these life sentences when he'll only live one life time? It's idiotic. Frankly, the judicial system is strikingly inefficient when it comes to dealing with the criminal element currently present, and in preventing future offenders from committing crimes. Not to mention the fact that we hold these people in prison all their lives on the tax payer's dollar. I say this with no intent of vindication or vengeance, but quite simply they should be shot by firing squad.

@TheOmegaParadigm Because it is not about justice, it is about money. The more people you lock up the more funds needed to lock them up and keep them locked up. If you execute criminals, then you also execute the chance to receive tax dollars. This is why in this scenario, the guilty can get away and why the innocent are wrongly accused. Prosecuters look to increase conviction rates, cops - arrest rates, lawyers - freedom rates - All for the almighty dollar.

@valleart exactly its the people who are out there working hard trying to pay for thier own lives that pay for prisoners. i seen a programme the other day this man was convicted for killing /torturing and hog tying his daughter put her in a freezer for 3yrs in his mobile home he was convicted for life all he said when he got back to the prison was'prison isnt so bad you get three meals a day a bed clothed hell this is like a bible study for me what more can a man want' i was discusted!!

If you were framed for a crime you did not commit they would kill you straight away they would not even look at the evidence and they would be able to get away with it to. @r0naldinh0666 a life sentence is actually 15-35 years depending on behaviour and rehabilitation. so 4 life sentences is 60-140 yeras. meaning if he behaved really well and followed all the rules and went to counceling, he could get out when he is 76 y/o.
