I dont know what reason or what was prior to do this, but if you want to tie someone up, you need to do it much better!!

Rope and tape are fine, but follow these rules:

1 Dont tie over clothes if it can be avoided!!

2 Tie arms together at wrists AND (just above) ELBOWS!!

3 Tie legs together at ankles AND (just above) KNEES!! Maybe even below knees as well!

4 Tape over the thin rope ties here!!

5 Tape over scarf over mouth and eyes around the head!! (Not over the nose!!!)
